What are the ip's mentioned in https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/article/what-are-the-ip-addresses-for-sandbox-paypal-servers-ts1... needs to be allowed for receiving webhook events

There is no clear mention has to which from which paypal server we receive the paypal webhook events
