Hi,
1) We have used the client side API for a paypal button, and that paypal API includes an onApprove to communicate customer data to our server for fulfillment purposes.
2) Roughly 150 out of every 5000 successful payments has failed to report to our server.
3) We've recently switched to Paypal webhook "Checkout order approved", since we're having the dependability issue with client-side orders as mentioned above
4) It appears that most of our orders that come through match the JSON schema expected, however a small amount of payments send a response that doesn't match the schema we expect. We haven't found any standardized schema in any paypal documentation.
5) When this happens, we receive no notification that a payment has been successful, thus there are no logs to show, and we are unable to insert the order into our fulfillment tracking software, thus putting us in a position where we have accepted payment from customer without any ability to fulfill their order.
Please advise if there is a webhook that indicates a successful payment and includes an associated shipping address.
