Hi,
I cannot get the webhooks to fire in either the sandbox or live environments. When I use the simulator, they work.
Have you found a solution to this problem (besides abandoning PayPal)?
PayPal seems to be so buggy, it's barely useable.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
