I am currently integrating Express Checkout and using the REST APIs. Everything is working as expected apart from the webhook messages still showing a status of 'pending'. I am not entirely clear on what 'pending' means in this context. Is it that the webhook event message has been queued and will eventually be sent or is there something that needs to be done in order to move the process along. I have tested the listener with the mock webhook simulator and it is working as expected.
