Urgent!!! For help! "AUTHORIZATION_ERROR" using payouts API in live environment

Friends:
I can use payout API normally in sandbox environment. After the program is published to live environment, calling Payout API gives an error: "AUTHORIZATION_ERROR"

After checking the account, I found that PAYout needs to be opened, but I could not contact the customer service personnel.

So, what should I do to enable Payout correctly?

You'll need to reach out to Customer Service through the Message Center to request this. 

 • Log in to your account at www.paypal.com.
 • Click Help at the top of the page.
 • Click Help Center at the bottom of the page.
 • Scroll to the bottom and click "Contact Us"
 • Choose “Message Us” at the bottom.

They will get back to you as soon as they have approved your account for this feature.
