Transactions' exchange rate and fees in EUR through API

I'm using PayPal-node-SDK in a NodeJs app to get my ecommerce's sales' details.
I would like to get the fees, exchange rate and receivable amount for each transaction always in EUR, since I'm selling both USD and EUR.

I see those values in the Paypal Dashboard inside every transaction details under "Currency Conversion", but how can I get it through APIs?

I attached a screenshoot of an USD transaction request's response where I can't see exchange_rate and receivable_amount fields.
In the documentation I read that those values are provided only If a buyer pays in a non-primary currency. In my case I receive money in non-primary currency and I need to get those values as I can see in the dashboard interface.
