Transaction issue

I received an email stating that I received $100.00. Transaction ID# 2UR92290JS2490419. However nothing shows up. Can someone please help me with this? Thanks!

It looks like that payment was sent and received successfully. If you have specific questions on this, I'd recommend reaching out to support as this should be in your bank. Further information can't really be discussed on the forums. You can reach support this way if you have further questions:

 • Log in to your account at www.paypal.com.
 • Click Help at the top of the page.
 • Click Help Center at the bottom of the page.
 • Scroll to the bottom and click "Contact Us"
 • Choose “Message Us” at the bottom.
