Why Paypal keep throwning this validation message "This card can't be used for your payment. Please add a different debit or credit card". We are using guest payment method and entering correct credit card information.

but due to some issue Paypal keep on declying the payments.

Hey, i have this too, when searched i found that it happens if you have a paypal account linked to that Card. So tr to buy with unlinked card and see if it will pass.
