I am using paypal subscription api for javascript and when I try to pay for subscription, It doesn't provide me option to pay with Paypal Balance . More Over, When I try to pay with Visa x or Bank Account, It provides me an error given bellow:

I have created an APP in developer.paypal.com and also created a sandbox account to pay. I am using that sandbox account for mock payment.
