All of the sudden my web site can't accept PayPal payments??? Up to last week, all PayPal payments were Authorized and Captured. Now, PayPal payments need to be Captured, and I see no what to make it work. When I try to capture the PayPal payments I get the error message: The payment couldn't be captured. You do not have permissions to make this API call.
