The merchant does not accept payments of this type card. Why I getting this?

I have Integrate paypal to my android application for the purpose of accepting international transactions. 

My account type is Business and approved with the process of Live.When I am trying to payment with any debit/credit card getting "The merchant does not accept payments of this type card".

For Now I am doing transaction from India.

Even My account is approved then why i am getting this type of popups. Don't Know.

Please help if anyone have solution.

What country are you in.

What paypal account do you have.

What countries transaction are you having problems with.

What currency are you trying to accept.

1) Country : India

2) Account Type : Business account

3) Right now i'm doing transaction from India.

4) Currency : $ (US Dollar)

In India you can only accept exported related payments unless things have changed recently ie international sales.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
