I have created and registered webhook for payment refunded and transaction completed, tested with the webhook simulator and it works very well. Now, I want to test actually triggering a true refund from my Sandbox environment, so I can test that my validate message (to verify that the message is from Paypal) and the call to get the refund details since that does not work with the Simulator. I don't know how to do this, or if its even possible in the sandbox environment.
How do I refund a payment in the sandbox or complete a successful sale in my merchant sanbox environment, so as to trigger my webhook?
