We have developed Web Application (using MVC c#) with PayPal Subscription integration for our US based client . And implemented HTTP method to receive PayPal Webhook events. We would like know the procedure to test the Webhook event "PAYMENT.SALE.DENIED" from MVC Application, without using Simulator. Please suggest.
