Take commission between 2 user paiement

Hello all,

My website is a classified adsystem (seller can post a listing and will be paid directly by the buyer on the website with paypal)

But I have a issue, how to charge a commission from this payment ?

egg : Seller post an item at 20$ and our commission is 10%

Buyer will click on Pay button and will pay 20$ :
