Greetings,
when using PPPlus in an live environment, we get a lot of TRANSACTION_REFUSED errors on execute payment lately. I couldnt find much explanation about this error, the help page indicates that its an error about refunds but we dont get this error in a refunding context. Could this be an error of our api implementation?
