Got a couple questions about suspending an agreement. It's not clear what it does in the background, and it does not seem to have any advantage over cancelling and re-creating, other than keeping the same agreement ID. 1. Is there a finite amount of time that an agreement can remain suspended before it can be re-activated again? 2. Re-activating an agreement does not seem to require the customer to approve it again. How are the start date and next billing date determined when an agreement is re-activated? 3. If the customer tries to re-activate a long time later, are there any issues I can anticipate?
