We have been trying to integrate the Paypal express checkout feature in our opencart store by using the PayPal express checkout module.
We have done thorough tests to the module in the sandbox environment and everything seems to work just fine and therefore we believe that we are ready for live transactions.
Unfortunately, when we migrate to live, an issue arises. When a user selects paypal express as the means of payment, the payPal page popup appears and a customer is able to login and authorize the payment. However, on clicking the *pay now* button, the processing message appears as well as the spinning graphic and never completes processing and therefore the user is stuck on this step. The transaction does not complete successfully although the money is deducted from the users account/card.
This is delaying us from going live and consequently leading to loss of revenue.
We would appreciate any help/assistance you can provide to enable us to sort out the issue.
To cap it all, we cannot seem to get through to the Paypal customer support on the number given of [removed]. Is there an alternative number or way to contact support?
