I'm trying to integrate PayPal subscriptions to my site and don't understand whole process.
1. I have user inside my system, they will purchase my subscription.
2. Fact of subscription should be sent to my system.
How to implement it?
I saw here is api where i can create billing plans and agreements and I can create subscription buttons inside the system.
And as I understand they are not related 
I'm retrieving list of billing plans andthere is no buttons subscriptions, but it looks like the same processes.
Why??
Do I need to create subscriptions only from the API to have possibility to use them in API.
How to retrive payment fact and connect it with user in the system? By the e-mail address, or how?
Is there any relation between development and paypal portals?
Can user pay subscription without having account in the paypal?
