Showing KWD currency amount to user, But it's unavailable while accept the payment

Hello Team,

I am showing the amount in KWD, But PayPal not allowing this currency so I need to move USD, However, how can I calculate runtime the current conversion of 1 KWD to? USD.

Any API providing by PayPal for it. Or any internal function to handle this situation.
