Goal
Create a link to an online receipt that has key merchant and purchase information that I can provide to customers after they make each subscription payment.
Work to date
I've looked at Invoicing API and it seems just for collecting payments. I've looked at Receipt API at https://developer.paypal.com/docs/integration/paypal-here/sdk-dev/receipts/# and it looking for paypal_invoice_id to create link based on https://www.paypal.com/receipt/?id={paypal_invoice_id}. However, I can find this invoice ID anywhere in the Subscriptions API responses so I don't know how to use it.
Questions
- Can I get a paypal_invoice_id for each subscription payment made via the new Subscriptions API and if so where can I find it or access it?
- Is there another reliable method to get receipt information in the form of a Paypal-hosted link for my customers?
