Hi,
I'm trying to integrate PayPal payment into our system by using PayPal REST API.
And there are two problems prevent me to move forward:
- The sandbox accounts have been set up, but still cannot login from https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/signin by using the sandbox account email and pwd.
- When PayPal payment is created and the web site redirected to the sandbox url, I can use a generated fake credit card make direct payment, but there is no Webhook call made (If I try Webhook simulator, it works). And there is no API call history or webhook events in sandbox section. If I choose using Paypal account to pay, because the first issue above, I cannot login.
