Using postman to check what the issue is. Call /v1/oauth2/token via POST using live client ID and secret key for username and password and I get an access token. I then use the access token in /v1/billing/subscriptions/<> via GET with Authorization: Bearer <> in the header and I get the RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND error. The subscriptionID used in the URL is in live.
