I have integrated REST api based paypal checkout in my mobile app. When i try to make a test payment using my sandbox buyer details and dummy credit card that paypal suggessted (Visa -4111111111111111). I am getting error as "Sorry your bank wasn't able to verify your VISA x-1111 at this time please choose another way to pay."
Does any one faced this error earlier? Can you please suggest me any way to fix or get around the errror.
