Got Http response code 403 when accessing https://api.sandbox.paypal.com/v1/payments/payouts?
This is the error that i was looking when i was trying to send payment. When i have research on it then found something like there is need to enable payout before use this api. So i want to enable payout API or let me know any alternate if available.
Basically i have an ecommerce site, The payment made successfull on frontend and payment goes to admin account. Now admin will send the some amount to seller account. that's why i want to implement payout api.
