A few days ago PayPal enabled our Payout access to send funds to customers.
We have setuped the Rest Api to send out payments to our customers instantly like I said. We had 100$ in funds on that account and everything worked fine, a few seconds after somebody ordered a cashout it got sent!
As we ran out of funds, I sent 100$ from another PayPal account to the business account, so we would have enough money to payout other people.
10 minutes later somebody wanted to make a cashout, but it said Payout to Mass Payments "not availble". If I clicked on that transaction it said "denied".
I even refunded the other account I sent 100$ from, but I still get the same error.
I dont get any error from the API, as you can see every time somebody withdraws money it would be shown on the transaction list, but it just doesnt get sent. Please help me 🙂
