I have made two payment by paypal payout API and both transaction status is showing 'Pending'. I have also check under my paypal live account and there is showing transaction status is 'Processing' while more than 4hrs left to complete the request. Can anyone suggest me why my transaction is not completing or if takes more time to complete then please suggest approx how much time require to complete process.
As per Paypal payouts features recipient will get email to redeem amount but still I have no any email received from paypal side. Please review my points and suggest me if any need to require for this.
