Payments not showing in paypal balance

Hi,

I've implemented the paypal payment express-checkout through the REST API.

Everything worked great in the Sandbox mode but we are having some strange issues with the live mode.

It looks like some users are hitting the "success" callback page we are sending to Paypal but their payments or any relevant transaction information can't be seen in the Paypal dashboard. The Paypal balance is not updated and is still at 0€.

We don't have any more information about these payments except that:

• Users seem to have hit the success callback.
• What we can get from calling the REST API with the ID: PAY-XXXXX:
  • The users seem to be "UNVERIFIED"
  • payment_method is "Paypal"
  • We have an invoice number but don't know how to use it.
  • We can confirm that the "merchant_id" of the "payee" is correct so we find it strange that we can't see any more information on the Paypal platform.

I have the same issue,, payments appear as "completed" but the balance does not show their amount!

I just talked to the support and they helped me sort this out. Even though my balance is shown in two currencies (EUR and USD), each payment is converted to the main currency. In my case every payment in USD ends up being shown in the EUR balance...
