Hello,
we have programmed a portal and want to sell spareparts on that portal in Germany.
We decided to use PayPal PLUS.
I integrated the API into the portal according to that documentations:

On SANDBOX environment everything went well, but after switching to LIVE the authentication works, but the payment wall gives the error "Access not allowed".
We called several times PayPal but it seems nobody can help us and everytime we got new answers and suggestions but no solution for our problem.
Can anyone help us please?
