PayPal Merchant App - How to collect fees from seller for selling their SaaS services?

Hi, I am developing a website and would like to implement PayPal merchant APIs. On my website, other businesses will sell their services (SaaS) and I will let them use PayPal for payments but I would also take some application fee for providing them the service to sell their services. How I would do that with PayPal? Do you have any reference templates or documentation to help to design the system?
