PayPal AUTHORIZATION_ERROR API (Payout)

We get a error returned when we are trying to run PayPal's API in live mode, sandbox works fine.

We do have Payouts enabled on our app/account, and are currently unsure what the issue could be.

Any ideas?

On a side note; may I ask how were you able to enable the Payouts permission? The account status page asks us to contact support, but that results in futile phone calls and dead-ends 😞

Did you ever figure this out? I filled out the app and it said I would hear back in 24 hours. Its now been 3 months .
