Partner Referrals Integration errors

Hi,

 

I'm trying to integrate partner referrals and encounter an error while onboarding seller through the partner referrals api .

 

But I got an error when seller trying to grant PARTNER_FEES permission on the onboarding page in Sandbox environment.

 

Does anyone have the same issue, and how to solve it?

Here are some screenshots about the error. I also checked the network in Devtools, the error was (failed) net::ERR_EMPTY_RESPONSE, nothing more.
