I'm currently using the live creds for`/v2/customer/partner-referrals` API. The response I'm getting is the below,

This is working properly in Sandbox.
I'm following the steps in https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/overview/ which uses the clientID:secret to exchange for the OAuth token. I'm able to get the token, but on calling the partner-referrals API, I'm getting the above 403 error. I've submitted a form to https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/partner-program/contact-us?_ga=1.161661884.1489854820.16207912...
I've also received a confirmation email regarding PayPal Partner program approval. Still when creating app from developer console, I don't seem to find the option to create a 'Platform - App type' in live, whereas I'm able to do so in Sandbox.
