I'm trying to create a future payment but an error is returned

Environment: sandbox

PAYER_CANNOT_PAY debug ID: 94b7ec416a8e8 I get this when intent is set to sale

TRANSACTION_REFUSED debug ID: a0f6045befb6 I get this when intent is set to authorize

Hi, it could be that the Sandbox account you are using to call the API does not have future payments enabled. If you can post the sandbox account email I can have a look.
