I own an app with connected accounts, some of those accounts are restricted and give the error 400 PAYEE_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED on payment.

-> how to detect restricted accounts via API and BEFORE payment? So the app could hide that payment method or inform the buyer BEFORE going through the whole payment process.

Maybe using openidconnect/userinfo?

But the doc isn't clear on this.
