Orders without shipping address

Every order I receive lacks the buyer's info and shipping address. As a consequence I have to request the missing info with loss of time, usually days. Is this normal or is there something missing in my system?

In general, if you receive payments without a shipping address, these payments would not be covered under our Seller Protection policy. For this reason, I would recommend reviewing your PayPal integration as there may be an issue in processing this information. Here is more information.
