Need help - Payment problem.

We have 2 websites, carcarpit.de and carcarpit.at

The payment is true the paypal.

But the paymanet from side of customers are allways rejected.

Is it somenthing wrong whit us paypal acconut?

Can you check, or help if its something wrong?
