I would like to make a monthly payment request to a specific contact via the paypal api. If I was to do this manually through the app, they'd be able to use ACH or their paypal balance to pay me, if I use invoicing, I have to cover a fee which is fairly significant.
Is there a programatic way to request a payment from one user to another? paypal.me links don't create a request for payment, so that doesn't seem to work for my usecase
