We have a small eCommerce site on Shopify and have set it up to allow mass payouts to our sellers. We have been told by Paypal that this has been enabled but it isn't showing as enabled on our dashboard. Payouts aren't going through automatically so there is obviously something not right but I'm not sure what. Any help would really be appreciated.
