Login with PayPal Integration status check

Hello, PayPal community!

2 weeks ago my team submitted an application to approve Login with PayPal to our website. 
We have a marketplace-type platform and want our users to get payments from us by connecting their PayPal accounts. 
We sent an email with a detailed product description and the specific scope approval request to help-loginappreview at PayPal but have not heard back. 

Calling PayPal did not help either. I was transferred to Merchant Service Sales, MTS, Integrations and back to sales. No one seems to know how to find the team that does this approval and how to check our status. 

Has anyone experienced something like that? 
Any ideas on how to break the cycle?

I am facing a similar issue, I am sending message to help-loginappreview to get my app validate but I don't have any response. 
I sent 3 requests, and the first one was about one month ago.

How long does it take to get approved? Do you have a direct contact to help me?

same here, I've been trying for 2 months, no one knows what is that about.  Did anyone sort this out? I see posts from 2019  By the way I raised a complaint.

Thank you for posting to the PayPal community.

App review : Because Log in with PayPal involves sharing customer data, PayPal must review your app and approve it, before it can go live. All scopes require PayPal's approval.

• For live apps, once you finish configuring Log in with PayPal and select the Save button, your application is automatically submitted for review. The review process typically takes a few weeks.
• For sandbox apps, you don't need to submit your app for review. Log in with PayPal is enabled once you finish configuring your app in the Developer Dashboard and select the Save button.
