Linking bank account error

I created a ticket at Merchant Support about this issue five days ago (no response). I also reached out to both paypal and the paypalsupport accounts on Twitter. I have had zero usable response so far. But I did however talk to some other people who have been having this very issue for more than two weeks.

 

Here's the simple thing: one of the endpoints in the API you are using for linking bank accounts is crashing due to an error. How on earth do you not have Sentry or something similar set up to spot this yourselves? And why does this take WEEKS to even acknowledge?
