Is there Rest API available to get PayPal Payment link and webbook notification?

Hi Everyone,

We are implementing PayPal payment in the B2C customer service center for our store. 

Is there Rest API available to get a Paypal Payment link(User can do the payment via link) and webbook notification(Payment status notification update).

I have gone through the Paypal API docs but didn't find them here: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/payments/v2/

Please help us to share API docs if available.

Any help would be appreciated.

I am using the invoicing API V2 for this.

But I am having issues with rounding.
