Is NVP transaction visible in REST API?

Hello Everyone! 
 We are currently using PayPal NVP API, but client wants to support shipping tracking functionality which looks like available only in REST now. I did couple of tests and it looks like transactions from NVP are not visible in REST API, is it correct, or there is some documentation that I can check?

Yes, NVP/SOAP API is legacy integration. Please use NVP/SOAP API operations to access the transactions processed via NVP/SOAP API integration.

We recommend merchants to use the latest REST API integration to process future payments and use the PayPal Add Tracking API to manage tracking information.
