I would like to invoice users (both with paypal account and without it) from my ecommerce platform. Does Paypal Rest API integration support invoicing users without account? As i know Payouts support sending funds for users without account registered, user just gets notified by email with link to get money. Does invoicing work same way, but with link to pay?
