There is an order with the "create_time" field in invoice detail. It's "2019-10-02T10:30:25Z". Calling "v2/invoicing/search-invoices" with "creation_date_range" in request body with "start": "2019-10-02T10:30:00Z" does not find order. Only "start": "2019-10-02T03:30:00Z" or earlier find the invoice. So seems like timezone from the payload is ignored and it's UTC-0700 on the server. We used Sandbox.
