I set up my paypal app in sandbox mode and enable all webhook events.
But when payment is successful, only two hooks payment create and payment sale pending are created, not have the payment invoice.
Please tell me why ?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
