I have tried multiple times to make a custom template and every time I try to create an invoice it looks like one of the standard quantity, etc. invoices and doesn't have any of my saved items available in a drop down box. I am really frustrated to the point of using another form of payment for my customers. I have another PayPal account for a different business and don't have this issue so I am wondering why it is not working for this account. I appreciate your help!
