Most of the times, sync API returns proper responses, but every so often, i start getting error 400 as responses.
I send the petition start/end dates such as:
https://api.paypal.com/v1/reporting/transactions?start_date=2019-08-30T22%3A03%3A27.054Z&end_date=20...
And i end up getting such a response:
{"name":"INVALID_REQUEST","message":"Data for the given start date is not available.","debug_id":"c669bd9fb5fde","details":[],"links":[]}
The start/end dates are provided in the proper format as far as i'm aware.
