We are struggling from past 5 days on the same issue and here also it's unsolved, despite multiple users reported the same moderator opted for the private messages for the conversation. Although sharing keys via private messages could understandable but leaving the discussion without giving a direction is not a good appreciation. Despite trying multiple cards the error still persists. On the other hand, dropping a mail to Paypal is leading to no response.
