Instrument declined error - Environment: LIVE

Hi,

I have integrated the paypal api with java sdk on my website. It works on sandbox but when I switch the live environment, i got the following error:

"message": "The instrument presented  was either declined by the processor or bank, or it can't be used for this payment.",

I don't know what is the problem.

Hi,

I have the same problem also using the java api.

Works in Sandbox but in Live I get "INSTRUMENT_DECLINED" with credit-card payments (paypal plus).

Direct Paypal Payments do work.

Does anyone have a solutiuons for this?
