Instrument declined error - Environment: LIVE

Hi,

I have integrated the paypal api with php sdk on my website. It works on sandbox but when I switch the live environment, i got the following error:

"message": "The instrument presented  was either declined by the processor or bank, or it can't be used for this payment.",

I don't know what is the problem.

Slightly different manifestation, but essentially the same problem.  I'm using Payflowpro and the REST API.  Code is working perfectly when I point to https://pilot-payflowpro.paypal.com, but I get a 15005 error when I try to validate the CVV2 code against https://payflowpro.paypal.com.

I have the same issue.

Creditcard is working in Sandbox but not in Live. Tried multiple cards.

Return is: "INSTRUMENT_DECLINED"

Anyone found a solution?

I get this message after wanting to pay at e-infin.com:
